Dr. Joel Osborn

Dr. Joel Osborn is a board-certified Cardiologist and has been practicing in Amarillo since 1981. He is a graduate of North Texas State University, attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his Cardiology Fellowship training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Osborn is a founding partner of the Cardiology Center of Amarillo.
